Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any travel package with AB Travels (The AB Group). By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
AB Travels is a registered travel agency operating under the name 'The AB Group' (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-GJ-16-0006896), located at Maa Gayatri Complex, Block 101, Char Rasta, Tankal, Navsari, Gujarat – 396560. We are registered with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by AB Travels. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. Prices quoted are per person unless stated otherwise. AB Travels reserves the right to modify prices due to changes in airfare, hotel rates, taxes or government levies.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email to info@abtravels.net. Cancellation charges apply as follows: More than 30 days before departure — 25% of total package cost. 15 to 30 days before departure — 50% of total package cost. 7 to 14 days before departure — 75% of total package cost. Less than 7 days or no-show — 100% of total package cost. Charges may vary based on airline and hotel policies.
4. Visa & Documentation
It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to carry valid travel documents including passport (with minimum 6 months validity), visa, and any other required permits. AB Travels provides visa assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval, as decisions rest solely with the respective embassy or immigration authority. If a visa is rejected or delayed, cancellation charges will apply as per our cancellation policy.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in any package unless explicitly mentioned. We strongly recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss and personal liability before departure.
6. Flight & Hotel Changes
AB Travels acts as an agent for airlines and hotels. In the event of flight cancellations, delays or schedule changes, refunds and charges will be governed by the respective airline's policy. Hotel check-in is typically 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM unless stated otherwise. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
7. Itinerary Changes
AB Travels reserves the right to alter or modify any itinerary, hotel, transport or sightseeing arrangement due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, natural calamities, strikes or operational reasons. In such cases, AB Travels will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives.
8. Minimum Pax Requirements
Certain packages have a minimum number of passengers (pax) requirement. If the minimum is not met, the package may be cancelled or a supplement charge may apply. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
9. Child Policy
Child charges vary by package and age group. Children between 0–2 years typically travel as lap infants with no seat or meal unless specified. Children aged 2–12 years are charged as per the rates mentioned in each package. Please verify child charges at the time of booking.
10. Liability
AB Travels acts as an agent for airlines, hotels and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay or inconvenience caused by acts of God, government actions, civil unrest, failure of third-party services, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the package.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navsari, Gujarat.
